At AquaMalaya, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship domestically within Malaysia and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Domestic shipping within Malaysia generally takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders that meet specific criteria.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to international shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

At AquaMalaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@aquamalaya.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed through Stripe once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
